JOB DESCRIPTION — MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Position Title: Marketing Associate Location: Woodland Hills, CA (In-Office, Full-Time) Reports To: Marketing
Director Employment Type: Part Time (30 Hours a week)
Role Overview: We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team and help us reach more families in need of quality in-home care services. In this role, you'll be the voice of Care Home Concierge to potential clients and their families. Your primary focus will be prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition through direct outbound efforts. You'll combine strategic outreach with relationship-building to convert prospects into long-term clients who trust us with their loved ones' care.
This is a client-facing role that requires both professional communication skills and genuine empathy for the challenges families face when seeking elderly or disability care solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Conduct targeted outbound calling campaigns to identify potential clients and decision-makers
Research and build prospect lists using industry databases, referral networks, and community resources
Make initial contact calls to introduce Care Home Concierge services and qualify leads
Develop and execute email outreach campaigns to build pipeline and maintain engagement
Track all prospecting activities, conversations, and follow-up actions in our CRM system
Lead Qualification & Conversion:
Assess prospect needs and determine fit for our in-home care services
Educate families about the benefits of in-home care versus institutional alternatives
Present Care Home Concierge's service offerings, pricing, and quality guarantees
Address objections and concerns with empathy and product knowledge
Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships until conversion
Document all interactions and maintain organized, detailed client records
Client Onboarding & Support:
Collaborate with the care team during client onboarding to ensure smooth transitions
Ensure new clients understand our services, expectations, and how to reach support
Serve as initial point of contact for client questions and concerns
Gather feedback from new clients to identify service improvement opportunities
Marketing & Community Engagement:
Attend networking events, health fairs, and community gatherings on behalf of Care Home Concierge
Build relationships with referral partners (hospitals, assisted living facilities, social workers, senior centers)
Support Chamber of Commerce involvement and local business partnerships
Assist with social media content creation and email marketing campaigns
Contribute ideas for marketing initiatives and client acquisition strategies
Administrative & Reporting:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospecting calls, emails, and client interactions
Generate weekly/monthly prospecting reports and pipeline analysis
Meet and exceed monthly client acquisition targets
Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
Minimum 1-2 years of prospecting, sales, or business development experience
Proven track record of successful cold calling and lead generation
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
Core Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills — clear, professional, persuasive
Strong written communication — ability to craft compelling emails and follow-ups
Comfort with rejection and ability to maintain confidence through prospecting activities
Self-motivated and able to work independently toward daily/monthly targets
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and manage multiple prospects simultaneously
Personal Attributes:
Genuine empathy and compassion for elderly and disabled individuals and their families
Professional demeanor and appearance for client-facing interactions
Valid driver's license with reliable personal transportation
Ability to travel to client locations and attend community events as needed
Positive attitude and team player mentality
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in healthcare, senior care, home health, or related service industries
Background in medical sales or B2B sales within healthcare sector
Knowledge of in-home care services, long-term care insurance, or Medicare/Medicaid benefits
Bilingual capability (Spanish highly valued for LA County market)
Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media prospecting, and digital marketing
Experience with customer relationship management and pipeline development
Previous experience working with elderly populations or disability services
