Personal care services encompass assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance. Caregivers help clients maintain personal hygiene and perform daily tasks they may struggle with due to age, illness, or disability.

Companionship
Companion care involves providing companionship and emotional support to individuals. Our Caregivers engage in activities such as conversation, playing games, reading, and accompanying clients on walks or outings. This service helps prevent loneliness and isolation in individuals who may live alone or have limited social interaction.

Medication Reminder
Our Caregivers can provide reminders for clients to take their medications at the prescribed times. While they do not administer medications, they ensure clients take the correct medications according to their schedules.

Light House Keeping
Our Caregivers provide assistance with light housekeeping tasks to help maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients. This can include tasks like dusting, vacuuming, laundry, changing linens, organizing, and general tidying up around the home.

Meal Preparation & Nutrition
Care Home Concierge offers meal preparation services tailored to meet our clients' dietary needs and preferences. Our Caregivers can plan and cook nutritious meals, ensuring that clients receive adequate nutrition. Additionally, they may assist with feeding if necessary and monitor dietary requirements.

Transportation Assistance
This service involves helping clients with transportation needs such as accompanying them to medical appointments, running errands, grocery shopping, or facilitating visits to social or recreational activities.

Respite Care
Respite care services provide temporary relief to primary caregivers (often family members) by offering professional caregiving support. It allows primary caregivers to take breaks, attend to personal needs, or simply recharge while ensuring their loved ones receive quality care.

Exercise & Mobility Assistance
Caregivers may assist clients with exercises prescribed by physical therapists or help them with mobility exercises to maintain or improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Errands & Shopping
Our Caregivers can assist in running errands, picking up prescriptions, grocery shopping, or handling other essential tasks outside the home to ensure clients have necessary supplies and resources.
