1. Care Concierge Referral Program: Do you know someone in need of exceptional care services? Refer a client to us, and when they sign up and receive a minimum of 160 hours of care, we'll show our appreciation with a $500 reward for your valuable referral.
2. Care Professional Empowerment Program: For our dedicated caregivers and professionals, we've created a unique opportunity. When you refer a qualified worker to join our team, you're not just extending a hand – you're empowering yourself and others. Earn between $0.25 to $1.00 for every hour worked by the referred worker, with a limit of 40 hours a week. It's our way of recognizing your contribution and commitment to our community.

Proven Performance as a Caregiver
To qualify for the Care Professional Empowerment Program, caregivers must demonstrate exceptional service by working with us for a minimum of 320 hours. During this time, maintaining a record of excellence is key. Caregivers should exhibit outstanding performance and receive positive feedback from clients, ensuring there are no issues or negative reviews regarding their service.
Submission of Program Application
Upon reaching the required minimum work hours and demonstrating consistent high-quality care, caregivers are eligible to submit an application for the Care Professional Empowerment Program. This application signals their interest and readiness to participate in our referral program.
Start Earning and Empowering Others
Once approved, caregivers can kickstart their journey in the program. For every qualified referral they bring onboard, caregivers can earn between $.25 to $1.00 for every hour worked by the referred individual. This earning potential depends on their tier within the program. Please note that there is a weekly limit of 40 hours for the earnings associated with referrals.
